    Hi.. Dale..thanks for all your podcasts. They have been really helpful to me. After listening to Gretchen I was just wondering that is there something like a best tendency amongst the four? Because I haven’t read the book so I would like to know what are the negatives of being an upholder as that to me that seems to be the best personality tendency after taking her quiz on tendency types. Would appreciate your response on this. Thanks.
